For the price, it’s a decent place.

But we didn’t have a very comfortable stay. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and felt a bit worn out. We had trouble with both Wi-Fi and mobile data connection. The washing machine was available but not very clean. Overall, a bit disappointing

The room smell cigarettes smoke and there was no view try to cover up with curtain. Room are little beaten up with dirty wall.There no pot and pan or utensils that should come with kitchenette.

They did not clean my room the entire time i was there.No water was replenishedi cant recommend itServices are not good,air conditioner in my room was barely working.Il not even talk about the Bathroom.

Don't fall for the pretty pictures!

I asked for a non-smoking room. I got a smoking room. I went down to ask for another. They begrudgingly gave me another room. It was also a smoking room. I was too tired to do one more trip to the reception so I stayed. But kept my bags closed so my clothes wouldn't smell bad. The room was very dirty. There were fluid stains all over the walls. It was disgusting! The property photos look great, but when you arrive you realize you've been booking-catfished.

Price and location are fairly good. Gym and pool is ok. Fast check-in and no hassle.

Bed was absolutely horrible. Back pain is real after each night. Next building a few meters away from the window. Kitchen utensils not provided. People smoking and leaving door open.

All rooms come with a washing machine and kitchen (ask for utensils if you want to cook!)

The mattress was not comfortable. No crockery, pot, cutlery, pan for the kitchen, nothing; a single tea kettle, and two cups and two teaspoons. No table. Terrace with dirty glass. TV not usable. Practically an ordinary hotel room with a non-functional kitchenette. Certainly not an apartment.

everything was a scam it was nothing like what they show on this app!! the curtains were mouldy, fridge was smelly, no hot water, do not provide extra pillows although the pillows are so thin,room smells like cigarettes and dusty. They don't even provide iron??

Staff were not helpful, ignored us when we asked about the TV not going. Too busy playing on there phones. Ants in the bathroom. Sheets and pillows looked like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Should have read the reviews before booking. Nearly everything in the reviews happened to me. I would never stay there again. Not happy !

Good value, spacious rooms with well equiped kitchens and combination washer/dryers (including detergent!!), very nice large washrooms, modern, well maintained, helpful staff, 24/7 reception, telephones in rooms, safe area, elevators

Far from everything and area is pretty much dead, so need to have a vehical or ride hailing app to dine/do shopping, central air conditioning is not very good, some rooms with unappealing views of adjacent buildings

The room itself is very nice!

Staff not responsive! - Air-con not cold, they said wait for tomorrow they will fixed!- TV broken, they said wait till tomorrow!- Room not clean, they said wait till tomorrow! We did not put DND but they still don clean our room, they said all guest must tell them to clean, otherwise they don clean!

not much they advertised have a pool but when I asked staff they said top floor I went to use it and it's empty

We liked the facilities in the room. There's a refrigerator, a single stove conductor and washing machine. It would be nice if there's pots and cutlery to use. The room is comfortable and quiet.

The air conditioner is not cold and we felt hot once in a while. It would be nicer if the air conditioner is working well. The place is quite far and there are no restaurants within the vicinity, so we just ordered food online.

Quite place and very nice to stay after we cleaned by ourselves.

No have garbage room in apartment. Not good service, we always have to ask about free water to drink, or tea or coffee or cleaning service.And also the electronic things are not good, we can not watch TV ( no cable net)

There were quite a few ants despite our best efforts to cover and store food correctlyCould maybe provide a sponge and some washing up liquid for a bonus.

Rooms smelt awful (smoke like smell but wasn't sure)Rooms were not cleaned or maintained well.Had to hire cutlery and crockery if required.A deposit of $60 had to be paid upon arrival, which was not mentioned.The location was on an island which required tuk tuk to get anywhere (ok, location was our fault on checking), and most olaces were still being built.The swimming pool on the roof was clean, but all tables and decking were filthy. They couldn't use it as our daughters got covered in dirt as soon as they climbed from the pool when wet.

Nice hotel in a quiet area minutes from downtown. Great pool. Good security and reception
